Seaview, Mersey

This project instructed the design of a local seaside inspired design for a five bed family home, paying homage to the area and also allowing the flexibility to transform part of the property into a BnB getaway, whilst encompassing the family love of bold style. 

 

Taking influence from holiday locations around the world and applying a British twist allowed me to steer the project away from the cliché. Using Textures, prints and patterns synonymous with the seaside environment and culture brings an abstract, intuitive feeling of the local history and nostalgia whilst maintaining a contemporary, luxurious home.
